We are investigating an issue with sending of SMS messages for Vital Response. This issue affects sending of welcome and reminder messages for EHR integrated and non-integrated patients, and direct messaging through the Provider application.

We identified that our system for receiving visit information from EHRs was not processing new visits. This resulted in us not sending SMS messages to arriving patients. At the time, patients were not showing in the provider dashboard. The root cause has been found, and the incident is now resolved.
