Our upstream service provider (dbt cloud) has identified a fix for this issue and will be rolling it out to our affected environment. We have not been provided with a specific ETA for this.

A recent update to our app lead to new invite SMS messages being sent out to patients who no longer had an active visit in ERAdvisor and CareAdvisor facilities. These invites contained non-working links to login, which lead to a spike in errors in our system. Existing, active patients were not impacted. This incident is now resolved.

Our team, together with our upstream services provider (AWS), have identified an issue preventing scheduled SMS messages from being sent. We're working with AWS to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
