    An upstream provider had a 3.5 hour incident that caused a small subset of facilities to experience a delay in HL7 messages arriving. During this period, new visits to the affected facilities did not receive invites to ERAdvisor or CareAdvisor, and existing visits did not receive updates. The issue was resolved upstream and message processing returned to normal levels.
